These Amazing NBDT Pups Are Looking for Loving Homes!
Here at Naughty Boyz Dog Training, we understand that sometimes dogs require rehoming, due to a HUGE variety of reasons. We know this is never an easy thing to do, and our intention with this page is to provide an avenue to help families find the right fit for their four-legged loved one and avoid further overwhelming the rescue organizations in the community.
If you are interested in any of these fantastic friends please fill out one Adoption Application linked here and send to the email address provided on their profile. Each doggy guardian is entirely responsible for the rehoming process and if you are interested in one of these pups, you will be working with their family directly. As this page is a platform for information only, Naughty Boyz Dog Training is not involved in, liable, or responsible for any part of the rehoming process. Guardians may choose to engage our services throughout the re-homing process, but this is as a training relationship with all related fees and restrictions.
Adorable pitty cross who will steal your heart, and your lap! <3
My name is Domino (aka AbDOMINO Snowman, Baby Boy, Dom) and I love my home, but I am looking for a new one. One that is perfect for me, where I can be safe and loved and appreciated for all of my big, beautiful head, wonderful personality, and crazy little quirks! Oh! And one where I can share back because I have just way too much love inside of me!!
I was born on June 10th, 2019. My mom saw pictures of me right after I came into this world and she said my name should be “Domino” because I had a single spot on the top of my head, and that’s how I got my name. I was “Breeder’s Choice” so I stayed where I was born until I was 6 months old. When I was 6 months old my breeder let my parents bring me home to meet my older fur-brother. We were the best of friends and did everything together – until just after my first birthday.
I love my whole family! I love people! I REALLY love my mom!! It’s a problem. I love my mom so much all I want to do is cuddle with her and play with her and never leave her side. My mom says I have become too selfish to share space with my mom and toys with any other dogs (especially my fur-brother). I can’t really argue that. I don’t like other dogs much anymore, but my mom says I just need some more training and socialization. My family works a lot and my fur-brother needs love too, so even though my family has lots of love to give, they don't have as much time as I need to teach me, so that I can be the very best good boy!
Mom says I’m still a baby. I have a bit more growing to do (even though I’m about 100 lbs. right now) and a long life left to learn and play and cuddle. My favourite thing in the world is cuddling!! I have absolutely NO comprehension of this social distancing thing! I will find a human and then just… !PLOP! … usually on top of them. My family likes that I love to cuddle! I am an inside dog because I hate to be away from my family but I love playing outside with my people – especially when they throw snowballs for me to try and catch! I love walks too, but I should never be off leash because I love to run up to humans for more attention and maybe even treats and strangers don’t like that!
Treats are the BOMB! I will do ANYTHING for a treat! My family gives me treats when I am learning new things. I love to learn new things! I’m so curious about everything that I tend to get under feet a bit! Right now I can do lots of things like sit, go to my bed, go in my “house”, give five, and “centre”. When my mom says “Centre!” I run around her and go between her legs and sit. I always get a treat or pets when I “centre”. I’m so smart that I learned that one just by watching my fur-brother working with my mom.
I’m healthy and happy, but a little weird sometimes. One silly quirk I have is that I love paper! Well, I love to eat toilet paper and other paper products, rip them up into little bits and spit them out all over the floor, I think it is funny! I also do this really weird thing where when something unfamiliar touches my butt, I FREEZE! Like a statue! Everything freezes but my eyes. My dopey puppy eyes are always checking everything out!
Yep. I’m cute and lovey, but I’m a little odd too. Wow! No wonder my family loves me so much! I‘M PRETTY AMAZING! I hope my new parents think I’m pretty amazing too! I can’t wait to meet you! Really, I can’t wait to lick you and love you and !!!PLOP!!! into your lap!

like a good fit for you!
He is SO EXCITED to meet you!!!!
Name: Alfie, aka Alfster, aka Mister SmileyPants!
Breed: Pitty cross
Age: 1 year (approx. dob July 1, 2019)
Energy Level: High
Good with humans: LOVES HUMANS!!
Good with other dogs: No – needs a home with
no other pets
Good with cats: No
Good with kids: untested but we highly suspect
that the answer is yes!
Enjoys food: Definitely a foodie!
Enjoys cuddles: Has not quite figured out how to get all his limbs into cuddle position at the same time yet… but he loves to try and will get the hang of it soon!
Alfie is a sweet, intelligent, happy-go-lucky goofball that will never cease to make you laugh, marvel at his intelligence and resilience, and remind you that life is FUN!!!
We can see that Alfie has traveled a tough road in his past by the scars he carries on his body. It is also clear that in his time before rescue, he had very little opportunity for socialization with other dogs or exposure to different things in the world. As a result, now that he has the opportunity to experience loving humans (like you!) he is SO excited to spend time with people, play, and experience everything the world has to offer! He is super curious about new things (except sometimes very loud things like vacuums can be scary). However, seeing other dogs at close range can be too much for him at this time, and Alfie needs a home where he can be the star of the show.
Since the beginning of September, Alfie has been hard at work learning all kinds of things about being a dog in a human world, and he is crushing it! With a 100% positive reinforcement training approach, Alfie is INCREDIBLY focused and responsive, and a super fast learner! He completed a 6-week basic manners group class with flying colours, as well as working on a variety of other tools at home such as impulse-control, fetch, controlled play, house-training, crate-training, grooming, bonding, and a heavy focus on desensitization and counter-conditioning to various stimuli while out-and-about. He is currently enrolled in a basic agility group class.
We have learned that he loves people, training, walks, playtime, his crate, couch naps, and above everything else in the world: BALL!!!! Alfie loves ball. He will play fetch longer than you can throw the ball, 50 times a day if you let him! He would be best suited to a home with a good sized yard so he can get out and have a game of fetch a few times a day in addition to his walks.
Alfie is looking for a home that will continue working on positive-reinforcement based training with him, as he is just getting started! He is looking for a family that understands he is best as an only dog right now, and will need continued work on building positive associations and socialization with other dogs going forward.
