Picture it - a happy stroll down the sidewalk with your pooch - your pup is sniffing, checking in with you, and getting snacks. You're loving spending time with your pup, giving treatos, and enjoying the comfort of an arm that's not pulled out of its socket. With some work and some (okay, a lot of) hot dogs, this scenario is possible - we swear! Join us for our Leash Skills Group Training classes and level up your walk game! There will be no extreme robotic heeling in our class as we believe that walks work best when your pup's needs are met, AND we give you the tools you need to teach your dog that being near you on a walk ROCKS! We'll be real with you though - loose leash walking is an ultra-marathon training technique because it is NOT natural for dogs to walk beside us in a straight line - be prepared to get cozy with hot dogs and homework AND to have fun :) Curriculum Overview: - Discussion about tools to support our goals - Explore ways to meet our dog's needs to sniff, run, explore, and chase before diving into leash training - Learn a variety of training techniques and strategies to create a walk that both dogs and humans enjoy - Learn how to deal with distractions (like super fun garbage! a super fun squirrel! a super sexy dog in the distance!) The cost for the series of 4, one-hour classes is $350 plus GST for a TOTAL of $367.50! Please note that all puppies must have a minimum of their second round of vaccinations including Bordetella prior to entering our training studio, and older canines must be current on their shots! ***Proof of vaccination is required to register!*** ****** This Leash Was Made for Walkin' Bundle Add-On! - Treat yourself and your fluffy buddy to our This Leash Was Made for Walkin' Bundle to help set your family up for success!! The cost of the Add-On is $50 plus GST for a TOTAL of $52.50, and your bundle will be delivered to you at your first group class!!
