In accordance with the most recent COVID updates by the Province of Alberta, Naughty Bozy Dog Training is opting into Alberta's new Restriction Exemption Program, and we will be requiring proof of current COVID vaccination or a negative COVID test for all individuals over the age of 12, before entering our studio, effective Monday, September 20, 2021.

 

Alberta Government guidelines state the following is required for all businesses:

• Proof of vaccination

  • Single does accepted between September 20 and October 25 if received 2 weeks before time of service

  • Double doses required after October 25 

• Documentation of a medical exemption

• Proof of a privately paid negative PCR or rapid test within 72 hours of service (Tests from AHS or Alberta Precision Laboratories NOT ALLOWED)

 

In the event that you arrive at our studio without any and all necessary documentation and accompanying photo ID to verify your identity, we will be unable to admit you and you will automatically forfeit your session. No exceptions will be made and we appreciate you not putting our trainers in an uncomfortable position by asking!

 

We appreciate your patience, kindness, and respect, and any rude or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated! 

 

For all drop off services including Fergus and Friends Puppy and Teen Socials, Puppy Play School, and Doggy Day School, we ask that only one family member drop off and/or pick up your dog to limit the volume of people at our studio and that for all services you remain in your vehicle until you see that the front entrance is clear before coming to the door and wear your mask! 

 

We are happy to convert any new or existing private training sessions to online Zoom training sessions at no additional cost and you can keep your existing appointment times. If you wish to convert your sessions to online training, please email our main inbox at naughtyboyzdogtraining@gmail.com and let us know and we will make the switch! 

 

The health, safety, and comfort of all of our staff and guests are paramount, and we thank you for your understanding and cooperation with adhering to these guidelines including wearing a mask and maintaining social distance at all times when in our studio, and helping to keep everyone safe! 

 

Guidelines:

1. Please ensure that you and all accompanying family members over the age of 12 have your proof of vaccination (or a negative COVID test dated within 72 hours) with you along with a piece of photo ID upon arrival to our studio! 

2. Remain in your vehicle until the entryway is clear and then proceed to meet your trainer! 

3. Wear your mask and maintain a social distance of at least 6 ft at all times while inside the studio

4. Contact us at naughtyboyzdogtraining@gmail.com if you would rather convert one or more of your private sessions to online Zoom training from the comfort of your own home! (NOTE: We are unable to offer online Zoom training for Group or Semi Private classes!!)
